The 24-hour window

Every Relay payment, the first one and each monthly renewal, comes with a 24-hour window. Cancel within 24 hours of the charge and we refund it in full, right away, no questions asked. Relay stops on your devices when the refund goes through.

After 24 hours

Once the window has passed, that month is yours. You can still cancel any time, and Relay keeps working until the period you have paid for expires. Nothing further is charged, and the started month is not refunded.

How to cancel and get the refund

Cancel from the Plans section on the front page; it opens the Stripe billing portal for your subscription.
If the payment is less than 24 hours old, email contact@mtnielsen.dk and we refund it the same day.
The money goes back to the card you paid with. We issue it immediately; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

If something breaks on our side

If the relay is down for a good part of a month you have paid for, or if we shut the service down, we refund that month regardless of the window. Ask us; we are not going to argue about it.
